We will take you through some of the foundational Pilates principles so you are prepared for class AND get to see what Pilates is all about.
We find many people enter a class having no idea how to engage their core or how to stabilize their spine and pelvis - we want to help you start off on the right foot!
We will also do a movement assessment to help you figure out where you can focus or modify your work for the best results.
At the end of the session, we will share our findings of the movement assessment and our personalized recommendations for you moving forward.
There are many ways to work with us: One on one, group, virtual, in person...... and we have many formats and pricing plans - we will help you navigate this with our professional recommendations and get you situated with a great plan that is just right for you!
We will offer you one of our Studio Starter Plans which will lay out a personalized plan for you and get you started with your first 2 months at the studio at a great price!
